Equipment Maintenance
If your brewer is not functioning properly, Endless Waters will be there to fix or replace the machine in less than 24 hours. We strive to resolve the issue the same day we receive notice. The quality of our coffee and our excellent pricing means little to your business if your brewer is not working and it does not get fixed or replaced in a timely manner.

There are a number of steps we take to ensure our brewers are in good working condition and that the taste of the coffee is the best it can be. The most important of these is replacing the water filters regularly. We use the highest quality filters and replace them every six months – or sooner if needed.

Selection
Endless Waters is a full service break room distributor. We have a large selection of everything break room related – from coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cold beverages, to creamers, sugars, cups, plates, and paper towels. We are more than happy to provide a sample of any products your office might be considering.

Delivery
Endless Waters’ goal is to meet our customers’ needs – whether that means delivering coffee every week or every month. Some offices do not have enough space to store a month’s worth of supplies and need orders to be delivered every two weeks.

Customers typically have a set delivery schedule and are contacted via phone and/or email two days before the set delivery date to confirm or make changes to their existing order. From time to time, however, there are “emergency” situations – when coffee and/or other supplies are needed before the scheduled delivery date. That is not an ideal situation for our customers, or us, but we will be there to deliver what is needed. Those situations are an opportunity for us to show our value.
