Is purified water better than spring water?
Endless Waters is much cleaner than any spring water. With the unique purification system that every drop of Endless Waters passes through, we are able to remove all impurities from the water, leaving just clean tasting, pure H2O.

Isn’t spring water pure water?
No! Spring water is filled with different types of impurities. Since spring water undergoes very little filtration, the types and the amount of impurities found in spring water differ from brand to brand and even batch to batch. You never know exactly what you are getting.

Aren’t the minerals found in spring water good for you?
There are both good and bad minerals present in spring water. However, these beneficial minerals are in such trace amounts as to be nutritionally insignificant. For example, calcium is one of the minerals present in spring water that is necessary for good nutrition. Evian is fairly high in Calcium compared to other spring waters and you would still have to drink over 6 gallons everyday to get your USRDA (United States Recommended Daily Allowance). Hope you’re thirsty!

What’s wrong with the tap water?
All of the water that comes through the tap has been processed, but to what extent? The water that you drink out of the tap is the same water that you shower in, flush toilets with, use for washing clothes, watering the lawn, etc. When water leaves the water treatment plant, the quality surpasses a minimum standard for drinking water. To get all of that water to the same level of purity that Endless Waters achieves would be prohibitively expensive. So at Endless Waters, we take the tap water and remove everything that the water authority leaves in, resulting in a 99.9% purity rating.
As the water leaves the plant, it travels to you via an aging infrastructure, where impurities are added courtesy of old underground pipes (some as old as 150 years). This means that the minimum standards the water meets on the way out of the plant might not be met by the time the water arrives at your house. The hours and days that the water spends inside these old pipes is plenty of time to pick up a variety of impurities, even lead.

I have been told that tap water is good because it has fluoride in it. Is fluoride necessary?
There is much debate over the necessity of fluoride. There is no disputing the fact that too much fluoride is a bad thing and has been linked to liver damage, impaired kidney function and fluorosis in children. Just as with the question before, the water authority can’t differentiate between drinking and non-drinking water as the water leaves their plant. Therefore, to ensure that there is fluoride in the drinking water, they have to fluoridate all the water. In order to achieve this, a commercial grade hexafluorosilicic is used. We suggest that if fluoride is a concern for you, consult with your dentist and look into a pharmaceutical grade fluoride supplement.

How does the Endless Waters service work?
At Endless Waters, our delivery program is a little different than other bottled water companies. Most bottled water companies charge a per bottle price which currently varies from $6.50 to $8.00 for a five gallon bottle. This gets expensive if you are drinking as much water as you should be, because the more you drink, the higher your bill. At Endless Waters we encourage you to drink all you can with our All-you-can-Drink service. Rather than a per bottle price, we have water plans where the more you drink, the less expensive the water. For example, our most common plan is the 8 bottle plan for $33. If you drink all 8, you are only paying the equivalent of $3.75 per bottle! That is the cheapest price in the industry on the purest water anywhere. Plans are based on a bottled water delivery every four weeks. We give you a calendar with your delivery days, and on those days we come by and replace all of you empties up to the number of bottles your plan allows. We have a variety of plans to fit your needs, please call our sales department for more information.

What if I’m not home when you deliver?
No problem! As long as we can access the empty bottles, we can replace the them. This means we can deliver bottles to the front door, garage, back deck or wherever it works best for you. If you are home when we make the delivery, our friendly drivers are more than happy to bring the water inside for you.

I don’t know if I can lift the 5 gallon bottle onto the cooler, they are so heavy and awkward. I am afraid I’ll make a mess?
We can’t make the bottle any lighter, but we have made changing the bottle much less awkward. Endless Waters bottles have built-in handles and spill-free tops. Together, these features make changing the bottle a breeze.

I don’t own a cooler, can Endless Waters provide one?
We sure can! The only question is do you want hot water with that? We can provide a rental cooler for as little as $5/month when you partake in one of the Endless Waters Delivery Plans. If anything goes wrong with the cooler while you are renting from us and using our service, we will repair or replace the cooler at no charge to you. If you would rather purchase a cooler, you can buy one from us or one of the many places that now sells water coolers. Our bottles will work with virtually any cooler.

What happens if I run out of water before my scheduled delivery date?
As soon as you know that you don’t have enough water to last until your scheduled delivery date, call us. We will make our best efforts to get water to you as quickly as possible. However, we are able to keep our prices low by grouping our deliveries and avoiding special trips. Increasing the water you take is a way to ensure that you don’t run out and stay on a regular schedule.

Is there a discount if I don’t drink as many bottles as my plan allows?
No. You pay the same flat fee every month. But even if you only drink half of what the 8 bottle plan allows, you are probably getting a better per bottle price than with any of our competitors. If you use all of the water your plan allows, then you are getting the best price around.
